Kelley Dutton LLC traces its roots back to 1981, when Bob Dutton founded the firm after serving as a partner at a regional accounting practice. Over the years, the firm grew with the addition of partners David Harris and Pat Erdwurm, evolving into DH&Co.

 

Leadership transitioned as the firm matured—David Harris retired in 2015, Bob Dutton in 2017, and Billy Kelley joined as a partner, guiding the firm into its next chapter. In January 2026, the firm proudly became Kelley Dutton, continuing a legacy of trusted service.
